Each ticket allows entry to the show on one of the three days

On-the-door tickets will be available on each day the show is open from the Ticket Desk in the concourse outside Hall 3

A Child ticket is valid for children between 5 and 16 years of age. There is no charge for children under 5 years old.

Persons over 16 years of age will be charged an Adult ticket price and there are no concession tickets for persons over 60 years of age.

Advance Tickets

Advance ticket holders receive entry 30 minutes earlier than the normal opening times

Advance ticket sales for the 2020 show have now closed.


Disabled Visitors
There is no special rate for disabled visitors, but we do offer free admission for carers who are accompanying disabled visitors.   

Only one carer is permitted free of charge to accompany and enable the disabled person to visit the exhibition and proof of entitlement is required. Carer admission tickets are not available online and can only be obtained from the Ticket Desk situated in the concourse outside Hall 3.

Model Rail Scotland will accept the following documentation as proof of disability:

  • Disability Living Allowance (DLA)

  • Attendance Allowance (AA)

  • Personal Independence Payments (PIP)

  • Blind Persons Registration

  • Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP)

Visitors who have any of the above are entitled to one free carer ticket, however, the visitor with the disability and any further members of their party will pay full price.

Please show the relevant paperwork at the Ticket Desk when you buy or collect your ticket.
